The server stores your email address, a hash of your password, your licenses and account events. IP addresses and browser strings are kept only as salted one-way hashes — they are used to compare two sign-ups with each other and are not a record of where anyone is. License keys are stored as hashes: a key cannot be recovered from the database.
One license, one PC. A key's term starts at first activation. The app changes Windows settings and records the previous values; responsibility for the machine's configuration remains with its owner. No specific reduction in latency is guaranteed or implied.
The free trial exists precisely so you can test the app before buying. If a key doesn't work for you, contact us before activating it and we'll refund you. Once activated, a key is bound to the machine and considered used.
